A man has been taken to hospital after sustaining a stab wound in an assault in Hampton Wick earlier today.
Police were called to Cedars Road at 3.30pm and the man was taken to hospital for treatment to his injury. The Metropolitan Police said this evening a 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
Residents posted on Twitter the junction of Cedars Road with Vicarage Road had been cordoned off by police.
