Port Harcourt – Accreditation of voters had not started at 8:30am when Vanguard went round some of the wards in Port Harcourt constituency.
At Ward 3, Unit 5 , Ward 1, unit 5,6 and 7 voters turned out very early, expressing worries that accreditation had not started as announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC
Mrs Marta Ogundu and Mary Chukwusa who spoke to the Vanguard at Ward 1, unit 5,6 and 7 expressed displeasure with the delay in commencement of accreditation.
Meantime, Police patrol vehicles were seen dropping off Policemen at the various units as early as 7am
